Polytimo and Monadiko houses are available all year round. The two houses that share a common stone-built internal courtyard may be rented individually or jointly for larger groups. Minimum stay is for two nights.  Regrettably, the houses do not have disabled access nor are they suitable with those with walking difficulties due to their historic nature.

We will be requiring the names of the persons staying at the house/s at the time of booking. The persons and number of people staying at the house/s will be the ones included in the booking. We might be asking for the ID/passport of each guest during the check-in, for verification. The houses cannot be sublet.

The houses can also be rented together for private events - music concerts, private dinner parties (weddings, christenings, engagements, and company gatherings, book launches or product presentations etc.) This must be agreed during the booking time, as further costs and charges might occur. During any event with a large number of people (i.e. wedding), a member of our team will be present. Stags or hens are not allowed.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment transfer can be made to the owner’s bank account, with any probable transfer costs to be bared by the guest. The booking confirmation is issued once the payment has cleared in the owner’s bank account.
 
An upfront refundable damage deposit of € 100 per house will be required and included in your booking. If you do not receive any contact from us within the next 48 hours from your departure, you can assume that everything is okay and the damage deposit will be returned into your account in full, within 10 days from the date of your departure.

Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will be free of charge. The guests will be charged 50% of the total stay if they cancel within 60 days of arrival. Reservations cancelled 3 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total stay. No-shows will result in 100% charge of the total stay. Regrettably we will not be able to refund early departures or reduction of nights after the check in.
 
Check-in is between 3pm-10pm and check-out between 6am-11am. This just gives our team enough time to ensure that the house is perfect for your arrival. Ample Places will try to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out, but no guarantee can be made as this is subject to availability. For late check-out up to 5pm half the night rate will be charged, and for later than 5pm a full night rate will be charged. Respectively for early check-in up to 9am half the night will be charged and for earlier a full night rate. We kindly ask our guests to notify us of such requests, not less than 3 days before the date of arrival.
 
The houses will require the use of the open fire places during the cold weather. We recommend organizing the supply of wood logs before arrival. Our team will be pleased to assist you. Please refer to our ‘useful information’ page.
